I am about 8 months pregnant with baby 5. I went from 5 am workouts and eating as a fish, egg, and dairy only vegetarian to steaks, sodas, ice-cream, cookies, pastas, breads and supreme pizza's. Once my doctor put me on a no sex, no fitness, and no lifting profile; I was crushed. After my profile was lifted, I was too scared that I would over work myself and hurt the baby, so fitness never made it way back into my life. Before I knew it I was nauseas, barely eating, and swamped with homeschooling my 6th grader, entertaining two toddlers and praying for 2nd grader who has special needs. Still I should have fought harder to maintain better health, I mean come on.I am certified fitness trainer and fitness book author. Once I started feeling better which wasn't until about month 5, I gave into every craving and lazy luxury! To think I have the audacity to be so confused about why I am so tired and my low energy levels. My allergies are also acting out much worse than normal. I choose to believe this has something to do with my poor eating habits. In all this transition and self study, I have been given more insight into the lives of those who struggle with their weight and the mental block that keeps them from changing.
I hope to expand part of my ministry into helping these folks whom truly desire to change but need constant support.
